Engine Coolant Hoses

Applications: Upper and Lower Radiator hose, Heater Hose, Water By-pass types.

Forms: Moulded to exact fit OE shape, straight or branched (rubber encapsulated). Hose assemblies.

May be supplied as LBGI brand "COBRA HOSE", or customer's own label.

Hose construction: Tube - EPDM. Electrochemically Resistant Reinforcement - High tenacity, low-shrink polyester yarn Cover – EPDM. Bloom-free. Heat and ozone resistant OE quality rubber compounds designed for Toyota, GM, Ford, Mitsubishi and Honda. Meets SAE 20R3 (heater / by-pass) and 20R4 (radiator) class D-1 and D-2, type EC. Adhesion of rubber layers exceeds 12 lbs/inch (2100N/m) Temperature rating: -40°C to +135°C continuous service

Formed Automotive Radiator Hose

Molded and constructed to exact fit original equipment manufacturer's shape for upper, lower and other coolant hose applications. Resistant to most coolant and non-oil based coolant additives. Extended service life. Made of electrochemical resistant rubber tube and bloom-free, heat and ozone resistant cover. Reinforced with high tenacity, low shrink polyester yarn.

Meets SAE J20R4EC (D-1) specifications.

Formed Automotive Heater and By-Pass Hose

Molded and constructed to exact fit original equipment manufacturer's shape for heater and by-pass hose application. Resistant to most coolant and non-oil based coolant additives. Good resistance to high temperature and extended service life. Made of electrochemical resistant rubber tube and bloom-free, heat and ozone resistant cover. Reinforced with high tenacity, low shrink polyester yarn.

Meets SAE J20R3EC (D-1) specifications.

Straight Heater Hose

Constructed to exact fit original equipment manufacturer's specification for heater hose with good resistance to high temperature and long service life. Resistant to most coolant and non-oil based coolant additives and resistant also to high cooling system pressure. Made of electrochemical resistant rubber tube and bloom-free, heat and ozone resistant cover. Reinforced with high tenacity, low shrink polyester yarn.

Meets SAE J20R3EC (D-1) specifications.

Coolant Hose Assemblies

Molded and constructed hose branches and assembled using connectors and clamps to exact fit original equipment manufacturer's shape and orientation for specific application. Resistant to most coolant and non-oil based coolant additives. Extended service life. Made of electrochemical resistant rubber tube and bloom-free, heat and ozone resistant cover. Reinforced with high tenacity, low shrink polyester yarn.

Branched Hose

Molded and constructed hose branches and rubber encapsulated connections of branches to exact fit original equipment manufacturer's shape and orientation for specific application. Resistant to most coolant and non-oil based coolant additives. Extended service life. Made of electrochemical resistant rubber tube and bloom-free, heat and ozone resistant cover. Reinforced with high tenacity, low shrink polyester yarn.

Low Pressure Power Steering Hose
